I believe psychologists can change the world for the better. I have found great purpose in working as a psychologist in Dubai, Cyprus, the UK and Finland. I help people reduce their anguish, and to give them the safe space they need to find meaning in life and reach their full potential.
I started my career as a Clinical Psychologist in Finland the late 90s working in schools and health centres. Later, I moved to the UK and trained as a Counselling Psychologist. Since then I have worked in health centres, hospitals and private practice in Europe and the Middle East.
Having successfully survived years of sleep deprivation and complete chaos thanks to my offspring, I now focus on my work with couples and individuals in distress. I am especially passionate about helping new parents transition into parenthood, as well as working with those couples who may be on the brink of divorce.
I’m a Certified Gottman Therapist and use this method when working with couples. My training at the Gottman Institute in Seattle, in the USA has provided me with the skills and tools to work with a range of challenges that couples face. I am also a Certified Discernment Counsellor, a Bringing Baby Home Educator and a Gottman Seven Principles Program Leader.
